A cancellation fee ($20 for acupuncture; $40 for Colon hydrotherapy) will apply if it is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Colon Hydrotherapy packages are non-refundable and are valid for one year from purchase date.

Overdue accounts: If payment is not received by our clinic, within the term specified, the following conditions apply. All cost (including legal and enforcement cost) incurred in the collection of the debt shall be reimbursed by the debtor. Interest on the outstanding debt shall accrue at the rate of 2% per month or ANZ’s prime lending rate plus 2.5%, whichever is the higher, until such outstanding debt is paid in full.
